Our tea subscription is a monthly journey of discovery through the world of high-quality teas. Instead of clicking through countless varieties yourself, we'll make the selection for you. With each box, you don't just receive tea, but inspiration, discovery, and experiences – because with us, you don't just drink your tea – you learn something about it.
It combines high-quality tea with a feeling of discovery, surprise, and a journey around the world – because every tea in your box brings its own story – a story you can become a part of!
Every month you'll receive a new selection of high-quality teas – varied, exciting, and carefully curated.
Each box contains 3 different varieties.
The portions are usually designed for approximately 30g per variety¹ and are chosen so that you don't accumulate too much tea in your cupboard over time.
Experience tea like never before - authentically sourced from diverse cultures around the world. Your taste is unique - your tea should be too!
If you particularly like a variety, you can reorder most varieties individually in the shop at any time.
You can cancel your subscription monthly and resume your journey whenever you feel like it.

As already described: Tea is very diverse, and so should our offerings be. Both in the subscription and in the shop, you will receive:
The subscription always includes 3 varieties, of which a maximum of one variety is a "base" tea, meaning without flavouring ingredients - otherwise, these are tea blends with high-quality ingredients. There will be only a few herbal and fruit mixtures here, as the focus is on "real" tea. You can find out what "real" tea means here: Learn about Tea
Important: the teas are loose, as this is the only way to ensure maximum quality. Tea bags restrict the development of aroma. But that's okay. We also offer suitable accessories for loose tea in the Shop!
We deliberately want to avoid that.
Every tea is different; from the growing regions to the harvest time to the ingredients - one and the same basic variety can present itself completely differently here.
We want to offer you a holistic journey of discovery. Within each type of tea, there are so many different variations that excluding a certain type would hide a large part of the tea world from you. That would simply be a shame!
Have faith: maybe you once didn't like a green or black tea; that doesn't mean that there aren't variations of that particular type that could soon even become your favorites!
And if a creation doesn't appeal to you, simply give it to a friend or your relatives - and exciting new varieties will be waiting for you in the next box!
We all know and have subscriptions, and often don't associate anything good with them. You have to commit for a long time, forget to cancel, and get stuck in a loop.
Not with us! You can cancel your Explorer subscription at any time. Maybe your cupboard is now full of tea, your holiday was more expensive than expected, or for any other reason: you can end the subscription and then resume when it suits you.
No minimum term, no annoying notice periods that you always forget. You stay because you want to – not because you have to!
No problem. We also offer our teas for direct purchase in our shop. Here you can choose interesting varieties yourself and get high-quality tea even without a subscription.

The Explorer subscription is aimed at curious beginners as well as experienced tea lovers.
The selection is accessible but never mundane – with enough depth to surprise even connoisseurs.
Tea is extremely sensitive and must be carefully stored and preserved.
In order to properly store the tea and send it to your home, we use a kraft paper bag with a protective and food-grade aluminum coating on the inside. This way, the tea is packaged opaquely, air-protected, dry, and protected from external influences, ensuring it arrives safely at your doorstep!
Our teas come from controlled cultivation and meet the requirements for organic certification.
Our supplier, based in Germany, sources the raw materials directly from their origin, relying on the expertise of their experienced tea buyers. Therefore, our various teas also have different origins - but always one thing in common: the best quality.
Only the best tea leaves and raw materials make it into our teas to always ensure excellent quality.
Our supplier already places great importance on sustainability, fairness, and health in cultivation - for example, it is part of organic certification that no pesticides may be used in cultivation. This means our tea is not only high-quality but also protects your health from chemical residues.
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We ship our orders within Germany with DHL.
The Explorer Box is delivered free of charge.
For individual teas and accessories, we charge shipping costs of €4.95 per order – delivery is free for orders over €39.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after receipt of order.
Should there be delays in exceptional cases, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Once a month you will receive a delivery of new and high-quality teas – so you have enough time to discover the tea at your leisure.
Delivery to your home is convenient and free for you with a subscription!
You don't have to go through a long hotline queue to cancel your subscription. You can do it easily in your customer account with just a few clicks - anytime and with no minimum term.
You can easily create a cancellation request using the cancellation form in the footer. After review and in the event of a compliant cancellation, we will inform you in the cancellation confirmation where you can return the goods if the order was already on its way.
Please note that we do not cover the direct costs of returning the goods.
¹ In special cases, the portion size may deliberately be smaller – always when dealing with rare or particularly exclusive teas.
This allows us to introduce you to exceptional rarities that would otherwise not be feasible within this framework – because our aim is to show you the wide variety of the tea world.
In these cases, the teas are marked as rarities and supplied in approximately 10 to 15g portions.
² Most of our teas come from controlled organic cultivation.
However, the world of tea is diverse, and some special discoveries exist only outside classic organic certifications.
That's why, in rare cases, we also select special teas without an organic seal if they should be part of the journey of discovery.
